Blackened was born from an unlikely but inspired partnership: Drew Estate’s master blender Willy Herrera and Metallica’s James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich, united by a shared obsession with craft, intensity, and the pursuit of perfection. The result is a cigar that hits as hard as a power chord and satisfies as completely as any great album.
The S84 blend is Blackened’s flagship — a dark, oily Mexican San Andrés Maduro wrapper wrapping a bold Nicaraguan and Dominican core, sonically aged using bass frequencies from Metallica’s catalog. Deep notes of dark chocolate, espresso, leather, and dried fruit define a full-bodied smoke that rewards the experienced palate with a long, complex finish.
