1. Overview

Karma Cigar Bar ships eligible products throughout the United States, except to Hawaii and Utah. Some products may be restricted in certain states, or may be available for local pickup only. We may update our shipping areas at any time.

2. Age Requirement — 21+

Tobacco products are sold only to customers who are at least 21 years of age. We may require age verification before an order is approved, shipped, or delivered, and we may request a valid government-issued photo ID. We do not knowingly sell tobacco products to anyone under 21.

3. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all U.S. states except Hawaii and Utah. Certain products may not be available to every state due to state law or carrier rules; restricted items will be removed from an order or the order may be canceled. Some states require additional delivery steps for tobacco products (for example, advance delivery confirmation or identity verification). Where these apply, they will be applied to your order and may affect processing time. Customers are responsible for ensuring they may legally purchase, possess, and receive tobacco products at their delivery address.

4. Order Review Before Shipment

Orders may be reviewed before shipment for age verification, address validation, inventory availability, product restrictions, payment approval, and fraud prevention. Review may add time, and we may contact you for more information. New customers may be asked to verify their age before the first order ships.

5. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship eligible products using UPS and/or USPS, with options based on product type, destination, age-verification needs, and carrier restrictions. Available options may change without notice. Some products are available for local pickup only (see Sections 8 and 14).

6. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed on normal business days. Processing and delivery times may vary due to inventory, age verification, order volume, weather, carrier delays, holidays, or compliance review. Any delivery dates shown are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

7. Adult Signature / Delivery Requirements

Cigar shipments require an adult signature from a person 21 or older at delivery. A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at delivery. Packages will not be released to anyone under 21. Failed delivery attempts may cause delays, return of the shipment, additional charges, or cancellation.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to Hawaii or Utah. We do not ship where delivery cannot be completed legally or safely. Delivery to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders, hotels, campuses, or temporary addresses may be restricted or refused. Butane, lighter fluid, and fuel-containing lighters are hazardous materials and are available for local pickup only. They are not shipped. Non-fueled accessories (cutters, cases, humidifiers) ship normally.

9. Taxes and Fees

Applicable Indiana sales tax and Indiana Other Tobacco Products (OTP) tax are charged on Indiana transactions — orders shipped to Indiana delivery addresses and in-store purchases — as required by law. Where a tax or fee is not collected by Karma Cigar Bar, the customer is responsible for any sales, use, excise, or other taxes or fees imposed by the customer’s own state or locality. Tax and fee rates may change. Customers are responsible for providing accurate purchase and delivery information.

10. Backorders and Inventory Availability

Availability is not guaranteed until an order is approved and fulfilled. If an item is unavailable, we may cancel, hold, refund, or — with your approval — substitute the affected item. Backordered items are generally not charged until ready to ship.

11. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments

Tobacco sales are generally final. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos and order details. When verified, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

12. Delivery Estimates and Risk of Loss

Delivery times are estimates only. Karma Cigar Bar is not responsible for delays outside our control. Shipments are made FOB Merrillville, Indiana, meaning title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

13. Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or undeliverable, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Tobacco products may not be reshipped if age verification or compliance requirements are not met. Refunds, where offered, may exclude shipping charges and non-resellable products, as permitted by law.

14. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available for eligible orders at our Merrillville location, including butane and lighters. Valid government-issued photo ID and proof of age (21+) are required at pickup for tobacco and age-restricted products. Pickup orders must be collected by the named purchaser or an approved adult (21+) designee.

15. Changes to This Policy

Karma Cigar Bar may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Continued use of the website or placement of an order after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
