Refund & Return Policy

Karma Cigar Bar is committed to delivering quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return guidelines below.
1. Tobacco Products (Cigars & Related Items)
Due to the perishable nature of cigars, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be in original packaging.
• Cigars must not be cut or smoked.
• Cellophane wrappers must remain intact when applicable.
Box or Bundle Purchases (20+ cigars)
We allow a one-stick allowance for evaluation. The remaining cigars must be returned to qualify for full merchandise credit (excluding shipping charges).
If more than one cigar has been removed, a pro-rata merchandise credit may be issued at our discretion.
Samplers & 5-Packs
Must be returned in new, unopened condition to qualify for full credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
2. Non-Tobacco Merchandise
Non-tobacco, non-perishable merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
• Item is unused
• Item is in original packaging
• Item is in resellable condition
Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns are processed within 3–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
3. Promotional Items
If promotional items were included with your purchase, they must be returned in original condition.
Failure to return promotional items may result in the retail value being deducted from the refund.
4. Return Authorization (RMA Required)
Before returning any product, you must contact Customer Service:

Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders enter processing immediately during business hours.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.
If your order has already shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable:
• Cut or smoked cigars
• Custom or special-order products
• Clearance items
• Gift cards
• Event tickets
• Membership fees
• Pergola or reservation deposits
7. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Inspection & Fraud Prevention
All returns are subject to inspection.
Karma Cigar Bar reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or policy manipulation.
