1. Tobacco Products (Cigars & Related Items) — Final Sale
All tobacco product sales are final. Due to the nature of tobacco products and applicable regulations, cigars and other tobacco products cannot be returned or exchanged once an order is placed, except where an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If your tobacco order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We may request your order number and photos of the product and packaging to verify the issue.
- Once verified, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
- Please keep the original product and packaging until your claim is resolved.
2. Non-Tobacco Merchandise
Non-tobacco, non-perishable merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:
- Item is unused
- Item is in original packaging
- Item is in resellable condition
Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are processed within 3–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
3. Promotional Items
If promotional items were included with your purchase, they must be returned in original condition. Failure to return promotional items may result in the retail value being deducted from the refund.
4. Return Authorization (RMA Required)

Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package. Returns without an RMA may be refused.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders enter processing immediately during business hours. If your order has not yet shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it. If your order has already shipped, it must follow the return process outlined above.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable:
- All tobacco products, including cut or smoked cigars (except damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours, per Section 1)
- Butane, lighter fluid, and fuel-containing lighters (hazardous materials)
- Custom or special-order products
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Event tickets
- Membership fees
- Pergola or reservation deposits
7. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Inspection & Fraud Prevention
All returns are subject to inspection. Karma Cigar Bar reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or policy manipulation.
This Refund & Return Policy works together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy. Indiana law governs, and disputes are handled as described in our Terms & Conditions.
