If an item you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will:

Offer you the option to:
- Wait for restock and ship when available
- Replace the item with a comparable product
- Receive a refund or store credit

Note: Orders containing both in-stock and backordered items may be split into multiple shipments.

Select limited or exclusive releases may be available for preorder. For these items:

Full payment or deposit may be required to reserve your product
Estimated ship dates will be listed, but subject to change based on manufacturer delivery
If your preorder includes in-stock items, they may be held and shipped together unless you request separate delivery
