✅ Boxes or Bundles (20+ Cigars)

1-stick trial allowed
Full store credit (minus shipping) if only 1 is tried and the rest are returned intact
If more than 1 is smoked, prorated credit applies (minus shipping)

✅ Samplers & 5-Packs

Must be unopened and in original condition
Cigars must be in sealed cellophane wrappers
Include original packaging and accessories
❌ Cut or smoked cigars cannot be returned

All Other Merchandise

📅 Returnable within 30 days of delivery
🔄 Eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange
✅ Must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
⚠️ Defective or damaged items may be returned regardless of packaging
⏳ Returns processed within 3–10 business days after receipt

Promotional Items

🎁 Free gifts or promos included with your purchase must be returned
💵 If not returned, retail value will be deducted from your refund/credit

Holiday Return Extension

🎄 Purchases made between November 1st and December 31st
📅 May be returned until January 31st of the following year
