By Visiting this site and/or placing an order, you acknowledge you are of legal age (above 18 years). We comply with all current Indiana other tobacco taxes. Indiana residents add 24% Indiana Tobacco Tax and 7% sales tax. Remittance of any taxes on orders shipped outside of Indiana is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via UPS unless prior arrangements have been made. We offer several shipping options: Ground, 3 Days Delivery, 2 Days Delivery, Second Day Air, and International Service. Prices vary depending on the weight of the package and the location of delivery. Orders placed before 2 pm central time will be shipped same day.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 6 days of receipt of your order for an exchange or store credit less shipping if applicable.

Returns can take up to 10 business days from receiving a return to process. Before returning the item, please contact us at (219)-756-0698 and let us know what item you are returning and why. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued. It is important that you make note of this number to include with your return.

Alaska and Hawaii:

Expedited delivery options to Alaska and Hawaii are available for an additional charge.

Maryland, New York and Michigan:

We do not ship tobacco or cigar product to Maryland, New York and Michigan

How the return policy works:

  • All products must be unopened and should be in the original packaging and cellophane. The seal must be unbroken on any product purchased. This includes boxes of cigars purchased or samplers, packs and non-cigar tobacco.
  • Returns must be in new, unopened condition to receive full credit. This includes having cigars in their cellophane wrappers.
  • Please keep the original packaging and any accessories (if any) to return with the item and do not return any cut or smoked cigars, as this may affect your refund.
  • Lighters, Pipes and other merchandise must be unused at the time of return. We will not accept any lighters that have been filled or used prior to being returned.
  • If you fail to return merchandise within the given time frame or without Return Authorization Number, we may deny credit or issue a 15% re-stocking fee.
